• 2 cups Almond Milk
• 16 oz. Strawberries
• 1⁄2 cup Chia Seeds
• 1⁄4 cup Honey
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Put It Together
In a blender, puree the almond milk and the strawberries until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate until it is set (approximately 4 hours).
Serve chilled and garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
