Photo By Foster Cline Sandpoint’s artist cooperative, Art Works Gallery, invites the public to attend their annual Spring Reception during Art Walk on Friday, June 14, featuring the work of almost 30 member artists along with delicious refreshments. From 5 to 7:30pm, visitors can enjoy a glass of wine and purchase original art pieces. It’s an opportunity to meet local artists while supporting a long-time Sandpoint gallery. New artists at Art Works include Dave Gonzales, metal artist known as “Dave Gonzo”; Frank Piraino with hand-tied fishing flies; and Louise Munro, mixed-media artist. The event is free to attend.
