Sandpoint Lions Club Fourth of July Parade & Fireworks 2026

The Sandpoint Lions Club hosts the town's Independence Day celebration on Saturday, July 4. The Children's Parade begins at 9:30 am downtown, followed by the Grand Parade at 10 am. Festivities then move to Sandpoint City Beach for food, drinks, raffles, and family activities throughout the afternoon. New this year, the Lions will host a beer garden at City Beach to help offset the cost of the $25,000 fireworks show, which lights up Lake Pend Oreille at dusk. The Lions Club has organized this celebration since the early 1950s.
