The Survival Sisterhood Retreat takes over Prater Mountain Ranch in Priest River July 21–26, gathering women for five days of hands-on wilderness skills instruction. Karie Lee Knoke leads the retreat alongside up to ten expert instructors, covering fire-making, foraging, shelter building, archery, self-defense, and herbal medicine across 160 acres with a swimming pond and creek. Daily yoga, nature sits, and evening campfire sessions round out the schedule. Open to women and girls 14 and older. Cost is $1,950, which includes meals, camping, and classes.
